It is thus the natural conductor of planetary energies. But to be a conductor for any particular type of astral energy, it must have a corresponding vibratory rate. When one feels intensely, this feeling, if one occupies a physical body, is the recognition by one's consciousness of electromagnetic vibrations of a particular type.

Whatever one feels, to the extent it constitutes a dominant feeling, one's electromagnetic body and nerve currents tune in on."

Changing Astrological Conditions Require the Cultivation of New Outlooks and Actions.

The planet-responsive thought-centres of the astral body, during those times when progressing aspects supply them with additional temporary energy will, unless one takes steps to intervene, work from the astral plane to attract into the life, through psychokinesis (the power of thought-energy to affect change in substance and conditions), convertible, harmonious, or discordant events.

The convertibility, harmony or discord of events attracted at these times will correspond in character to not only the characteristic vibration of the aspect, but also to the characteristic vibrations of whatever two planets are involved in the aspect.
