The aspects of transiting planets supply the least volume of new energy. They bring about only inconsequential structural changes in the astral body. However, they can act as a trigger to release the powerful major aspects when they are reinforced by minor aspects .The slow outer planets such as Uranus, Neptune or Pluto may act as especially potent triggers.

Extensive contemporary research done at the time of these writings indicates that it is the volume of energy that determines the probability of an event coming to pass.

Without the powerful presence of a major aspect, neither a minor aspect, nor a transiting aspect possesses sufficient volume of power to stimulate the planetary thought-centres and all sympathetically resonating thought-cells of the astral body, to perform the work needed to attract, psychokinetically, a major event into the life.

Like a combination lock, the aspects of major, minor and transiting planets must "click" into place before a sufficient volume of planetary power can be released to attract a major event.
