Natal Astrology is not divination.
However, a wide variety of systems using astrology as a divinatory agent may be devised, any one of which in the hands of an expert will yield good results.
But Hermetic astrology instead, actually measures those thought-elements within a certain person. It maps their relations to each other. These express as the individual's character and it plots when the factors of such character will, stimulated into activity, tend to attract events of a specific type.
