A Note to the Reader
Throughout the 21 Brotherhood of Light Study Books C.C. Zain describes the how the astral body of an individual picks up and transmits planetary energies, radio-fashion, both by means of certain permanent structures in the astral body, mapped by the planetary positions of a birth chart, and after birth, by means of certain temporary structures in the astral body, mapped in a birth chart by the positions of progressing planetary aspects.

You will find a brief description of this process in the previous Preface Notes to Mundane Astrology entitled
"Exactly How do Planetary Energies Influence Not Only the Individual, But the Course of World Affairs? SPECIAL BACKGROUND NOTES ON THE HERMETIC SPIRITUAL STELLAR KNOWLEDGE SYSTEM OF ASTROLOGICAL SCIENCE".

When, however, Zain describes this process in reference to a community's astral form, (Mundane Astrology) he does not include a description of certain constant astral structures of the community's astral form at the birth moment. He describes only the manner in which progressed planetary energies are temporarily picked up and transmitted by the community's astral form during its lifetime - subsequent to its birth moment.

For whoever finds their way to this information, the following notes will attempt a description of the conditions that may underlie the astral form of a community, as mapped by its birth chart. These notes will draw from Zain's description of the way a community picks up and transmits the temporary additional energies of planets forming aspects to each other, as mapped by a progressed astrological chart.
