Can one form of government suit all people?

Surely a government form suitable for a nation at one period is equally unsuitable at another. Surely a form successful with one race of people, because of cultural and temperamental differences, may fail miserably with another.


Is there a group of individuals so wise they can foresee all the ramifications arising from the adoption of a system not yet thoroughly tried?

Such wisdom no one expects from the world of scientific invention. Many an inventor casts a suspicious look at anything that falls too easily into place according to the original plan.

The Cosmic Alchemist holds the attitude that as yet we know too little of advocated changes in a rapidly evolving civilization, to be sure of their impact.
